ORCHARD END 2022
With big windows and the potential to create open plan living, this 1970's bungalow was the perfect project for Mod House. Keeping to the mid century aesthetic we pulled down walls and extended into the garden, sweeping away the dated layout and introducing quiet open spaces ready for the needs of a 21st century family.
Orchard End is located on the outskirts of a popular village between Glastonbury and Castle Cary. Beautiful views and surroundings. Mature landscaped gardens. Close to a large network of public footpaths which gives wonderful access to the idyllic and unspoilt surrounding countryside. Baltonsborough is a popular village, it has a thriving community with a church, primary school, pub and an excellent shop and cafe. There are fast trains to London and Bristol airport can be reached in 30 minutes.
