Real-Estate Project Manager

Sebastian has the unenviable task of project managing Mod House, from years of being a Tennis Coach Sebastains has patience beyond the norm.

Sebastian works from concept to completion with  the funding, planners, builders, surveyors and the designers to create the perfect property .

An artist by trade Lizbeth has an eye for seeing light and space. Having lived and worked around the world her experience in renovating and building is extensive, she uses her knowledge to create homes that are individual and functional.

Lizbeth is responsible for the overall design of the projects, focusing on distribution and layout.

Having moved 27 times by the ripe old age of 25 Lily has experienced her fair share of building sites … unsurprisingly some of this has rubbed off on her. 

She founded Studio Avilo when she realised her passion and skill for interior design. Lily completed her master's in Interior Design at the prestigious BAU (school of art and design) in Barcelona in 2023.
