Worminster Farm had not been lived in for at least 10 years so the the Mod House team had its worked cut out for this one, walls were removed to create a modern kitchen diner, oak floors laid and bathrooms replaced.  We wanted to keep the victorian features that graced this old farmhouse, we restored the fire places, replaced the cracked windows and polished the grand stair case keeping the integrity of the house but pushing it into the 21st century.  The old pig sty became a fresh open yoga studio and we added a swimming pond to finish off this delightful country retreat.
