Acquisition: Two bed Workman's Cottage and large workshop with two petrol pumps located on the outskirts of North Wootton.
The Local Plan had identified this as a tertiary village not requiring a housing target and therefore change of use and development opportunities were limited. We created a proposal & collaborated with the Parish Council who supported our application to Mendip planning, to convert a derelict site into a family eco home and dedicated work space.
