Royal bendinat Golf Course apartments
The Project
We acquired a portfolio of 2 bed 2 bath apartments on the Royal Bendinat golf course for holiday rentals, several needed updating which meant we had the highest yield and occupancy in the region.
The Balearic Tourist board introduced a rental licence scheme to prevent an "airbnb" unregulated issue. These licences were difficult to obtain but crucial to operate a holiday rental unit (or multiple in our case). Through the quality and professionalism of what we provided we obtained multiple licences and maximised the value of the portfolio that we sold as a licensed business.
